The apartments in The V&A Marina & The Waterclub in Granger Bay, some of Cape Town’s most prestigious and luxurious developments, attracting a high end international clientele.

The brief was to create an interior that reflects the “Waterfront Stay” property portfolio’s’ well-travelled, sophisticated client. The apartments needed to be cosmopolitan, contemporary and comfortable. MINC’s aim was to provide the interiors with warmth, soul & personality, a home away from home. Our intention was to deliver a space that luxurious and distinctive, and reflect a “South African” flavor but in a contemporary manor.
