We performed a planning application for a Victorian terraced house in Tooting, south west London.

Upon receiving planning consent we began to project manage and facilitate the build of a single storey rear and side

extension along with a loft conversion of the entire house.

The house was designed with the idea to draw in as much natural light as possible to the existing and proposed spaces.

The house was designed in a contemporary style to compliment the the new open plan kitchen extension and lounge.

The loft conversion has provided the house with a further two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The house benefits from extensive features such as travetine tiling, granite surfaces and large electronic skylights.
