Description:

The project area is located in Istanbul city center. The project land is located in one of the centers of urban transformation. One of the focal points of the design in this area is to provide a new lifestyle. From this point instead of the existing housing units scattered all different types of structure in different residential areas collected five blocks to rest of the field was left as landscaping and green space. Initially negative factors seen as land of serious elevation differences (at some point 30 meters), slope difference by utilizing this project, the advantages converted and designed each block sunlight and views of the city from the different elevations benefit is provided. In addition to the residential area, which fronts the main road blocks in the basements of different shops, indoor and outdoor pools overlooking the inner courtyard, fitness room and floor with gardens within the site is intended to improve the quality of life.
