Paid for a full end of tenancy clean - the inventory came back with a long list of areas where the flat had been unsatisfactorily cleaned. They refused to come back to complete the job and refused to provide a refund - do not use this company!

Ovoid this company! I booked a cleaning session between the guests. Cleaner didn’t attend at all. Costumer service didn’t inform me. When I called they told me she is ill and they don’t have replacement. This company totally unreliable!
