got it picked up by Joe, very friendly lad as he helped me calm down after my incident, even offered me a recommend place for panel beater. nice fella gets the job easy and done fast as possible. definitely recommend 11/10 at the end gave me no stress as he gives great advice as well. absolutely bloke.

Booked Owen for a job. He turned up 1.5hrs late (wasn't even sure he was going to turn up or not as he lied constantly up until he arrived telling me he was only 10 minutes away every time he I questioned his whereabouts). Wouldn't recommend him if you need something done on time (he also charged an exorbitant amount for a 15 min drive).
Picked me up within 20min of the call. Owen helped push my car out of the Carpark and drove me home safely . Fast efficient professional and affordable service .
Don't get this guy he rips people off by way of lying. He tows your car then asks for more money and if you don't pay he threatens to damage your vehicle. Beware and goodluck dealing with him he's also aggressive and rude. I'd give him no stars if google would let me.
Rang Coburg Towing for an urgent tow since CEVA could not pick up my car and fluffed me around. Owen came within 30 minutes and super easy to deal with! Took care of my car while loading and unloading. Highly recommend. Don't use big companies.

Joe is the quintessential towie. He’s a good communicator, showed up on time, knows his way around a transmission and was fair on price. Joe’s a real character who’s likely to make you laugh - which is particularly good when you’re broken down and over it all.
On 09/06/2022 I had an absolute abomination of a human experience with this company tow driver "Joe", taking advantage of a vulnerable situation and increased the price from $200 to $300 right before finishing the job, then after I contested what "Joe" aka "Owen" had done, he became aggressive and promised to see me on the "battlefield", well I had to go to Vic police. Be careful not to fall for this company's dishonesty, many other options out there.
Excellent work with the towing. Helped me get my patrol back home after other towies wouldn’t. Great response time. Even called me back to see if I was alright before I chose to use his services. Would definitely use his service again.

Owen was absolutely amazing. My car died suddenly in a Coles car park. I’d already had roadside assistance out and they couldn’t fix it. I called Owen for a tow; within 10 minutes of coming out he’d diagnosed the problem, fixed it and my car was running again! Fantastic service!
Highly recommended. Owen came out and picked us up late on a Sunday night, when no other “24hr” towing companies were answering their phones. He got our car safely on and off his tow truck, taking great care of our car, like a true professional. Us and our car got safely home at 1:30am. Owen went above and beyond to help us out. We will definitely be ringing him in the future should we ever be in the unfortunate position to need to be towed again.

no call, no show, no contact, and thanks to him, no chance of getting car into mechanics this week.

We needed a quick response for a 4WD dual cab ute bogged in the middle of a paddock. These guys were exceptionally prompt, professional and effective in their communication. They had the vehicle out in under 3 hours!

My camping trip was cut short and I had my caravan towed by Coburg Towing, he charged me what he should charged but the best about him is he is honest. I don't wish to see him too often (you know what I mean) but will use his service again if needed. Highly recommended.
