Would really recommend Broken Blinds. The customer service was excellent and the tradesman was extremely kind and professional and fixed the blind brilliantly. Will use again!

I'd like to offer praise to Broken Blinds engineer Marius, who was not only successful in replacing my broken roller blind mechanism, but went above and beyond in explaining the cause of the issue; creative problem solving around a particular challenge; and eliminating a minor rattling noise in the tube, which he found “annoying”. (And he doesn’t even live here!) Marius’s care and attention to detail is service that deserves a pay rise. I would also like to thank customer service representative Sarah, for all of her patience with my emails and questions, her prompt replies, her kindness, her empathy, and great customer service. (Pay rise to Sarah, as well!)
