Authentic Lofts are five lofts in Liberty Village, Ontario, restored from The Toy Factory. Lofts have ceilings up to 21 feet, and divided into three floors (one being a roof-top terrace).
The Toy Factory, originally constructed in 1912 as a brick and beam industrial structure, currently boasts some of Toronto’s most impressive residential lofts. Having been occupied by Irwin Toys, since 1940, it took on the moniker The Toy Factory, which has given this seriously impressive structure a playful undertone. The Toy Factory has received tremendous accolades from a vast array of interests, ultimately being awarded The Project of the Year by the Greater Toronto Home Builder’s Association.
